What began as a family tradition in craftsmanship has evolved into a forward-thinking enterprise leading the way in industrial workplace apparel and uniform manufacturing.
Our core management team has over 25 years of collective experience in the CPG/FMCG and Retail industries across global markets. Each member upholds the highest standards of professional integrity, always placing customer interest first.
With a rich blend of expertise across production operations, sales and marketing, engineering, research & development, and project management, our team exemplifies strong leadership and a deep commitment to excellence at every level of the organization.
How We Do
Requirements, Design, Sourcing, Sampling & Customer Approval
As a starting point, we collect detail requirements from customer such as type of apparel need, purpose, material grade, stitching style, quantity, delivery time, approximate sizes.
Then we'll provide color shade sheets to select clothing material and accessories, take measurements.
At this step we provide prototyping or sampling to view customer how apparel view at the end. Upon customer approval we proceed for order processing.
Cutting, Sewing & Quality Check
At this stage, we proceed for bulk production such as pattern making, cutting, sewing, finishing and quality check.
Customer is expected to visit and provid any minor adjustments if any.
Finish, Pack, delivery & Feedback
At this stage, we focus mainly on finishing touches, sorting, packing and deliver to customer.
Once order is delivered, we take feedback from customer for their valueble suggestions for any improvements.

At SD Ascent we provide opportunities for people to develop their skills through our MAF - micro apparel factory units in the state.
Our units are most efficient to delivery high quality workplace uniforms for professional category, regular day-to-day use and private label brands. We do things differently to accomplish our objectives to meet customer needs.

Mr. Venkatesh CH
Chairman & MD Location : Vijayawada India Mr. Venkatesh is our founder and mentor defining clear, achievable objectives. Mr. Venkatesh carries over 50 years experience in commercial transport operations, consulting and agricultural services. He travelled all accross India and other neighboring countries during his career that helped him to gain significant experience realized that how people around us live and struggle for their daily needs. Those life experiences transformed into positive principles and values to set clear path to next genreation. Mr. Venkatesh is our second generation role model to demonstrate positive behaviors, ethics and professional conduct. His life experiences are guiding principles to our company.
Mrs. Syamala Devi B
Unit Manager Location : Vijayawada India Family inspired individual turned into entrepreneur to set a roadmap to next generation for the higher levels of standards. Highly committed towards customer commitment, delivery excellence, quality focus for the last 25 years in apparel and uniform industry. Syamala Devi is responsible for our operations in Amaravati (Vijayawada) region. "Syamala Devi" is the person behind SD Ascent creation. We consider she is one of the founder our company.
Mrs. Sudha Prasath
General Manager - Design Location : Chennai India A passioned housewife joined with our team after successfully set a direction to their children and spouse. Sudha is a chemical engineer by profession, but she is obsessed with creative design that suits dynamic trends. She is primarily responsible for research trends, sketch clothing, creating prototypes, set direction to our entire team.
Mr. Srinivas L
Unit Manager Location : Hyderabad India Highly dedicated, hardworking, hands-on experienced individual for the last 30 years in design, fabrication, operation, marketing, customer service, strategic planning and much more. Srinivas is responsible for our manufacturing operations in and around Hyderabad region.
Mr. Kiran Kumar
Sales & Marketing Location : Vijayawada India A well-disciplined and dynamic individual focus on sales and marketing activities driving revenue and brand awareness through strategic planning, market research, and customer relationship management. Kiran Kumar is a retired Indian Air Force personnel having significant experience in operational improvement, leadership and coordination.

Senior Advisor Location : Abu Dhabi UAE A dedicated experienced professional provides strategic guidance, drive organizational performance and decision making. Ganesh Kumar has over 25 years of experience in operations and risk management from manufacturing, retail, oil and gas industry across India and GCC - Gulf Cooperation Council countries.
Mr. VaraPrasad CH
Executive Director Location : Chicago USA VaraPrasad is a alumini of Graduate School of Business at Stanford university having 25 years of rich experience accross Americas, Africa & India markets. Specialized in multi million dollar capital project exeuction experince in CPG and Retail Industry. He is responsible for strategic planning, financial management, corporate governance.

Our parent company VPCH India Private Limited (Value Product Conversion Holdings Private Limited) was incorporated in India under Ministry of Corporate Affairs guidelines as a privately held company. Our interests are primarily in Equipment Manufacturing, Research & Development, Design & Manufacture Industrial Workplace Apparel, Food Manufacturing, and Non-profit areas.
SD Ascent is one of our strategic business units focused on manufacturing professional workplace apparel, day-to-day regular wear, private label brands, and advanced training services.
We’ve manufacturing units in Hyderabad, Amaravati & Chicago with intention of growing long term in domestic and international markets in the coming years.
